Description
PART OF NAWIC LDN&SE CONFERENCE 2020
For this year’s regional conference we decided to run a series of events and social media-based actions under the thread “Reinvent, Repurpose, Remake”
The conference will have a focus on sustainability and wellbeing and this event , under the thread of Repurposing (i.e. adapting rather than new) will be an opportunity to knowledge exchange across disciplines.
The NAWIC London and South East team felt that in the world, we live in (post-Brexit and COVID), the subject matter is more relevant than ever. With a recession to add to the challenges in hand -such as climate change and a global pandemic- adaptation & retrofitting have gained prominence.
A series of individual presentations will be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Hattie Harman (AJ Sustainability Editor )
