With so much changing around us so quickly, the opportunities to support and enable women to thrive in the workplace have never been greater. Working patterns have changed in previously unimaginable ways and the professed desire for diversity and inclusion has never been louder.
WIA has created a space for women to share, find mutual support and speak out. We were particularly active during the periods of lockdown. The survey we undertook earlier this year had 265 responses which capture what this unusually diverse group of people experienced. We asked where we currently stand, what works and what is missing, and what is most important to take into the future?
